Web Services In The Urp System Applied Research

Many of enterprises achieve some improvement not only on management , but also on quality of products and use of resource after they implement the system. But, with the change of condition outside enterprises , development of economy globalization and some faults on ERP itself, which make it gradually unfit for the development of enterprises. With the development of economy, the growth of products homogenization and the relationship changing between customers and enterprises, The theories of ERP become more and more unsuitable. The appearance of new IT technology and new systems of management thouthts on EAS, URP and RTE enable better solution for enterprises providing better services for their customers. But now these new systems are only on the state of concept, no systematic resarch on how to perfect these systems of management thoughts, product construction , products functions, the model of research and development and solutions and service system etc.The integration of MIS and information sharing in enterprises have been blocked the development of enterprise. The integration based on business process or database has lots of different advantage and fault, but the integrationbased on Web Services shares both of their advantage, and it brings new hope for the integration of enterprise information system.The paper discusses two hot technology -- Web Services and themanagement technology relative to ERP, including ERP, SCM, CRM and PDM etc,. At the same time , I study the documents of the different ERP system from different companies with great affection to ERP's development , including Oracle, SAP, Kingdee and Media. At the same time the author sums up the faults on ERP based on developing ERP project on printing field, presents some of function modules which URP system should be inlcuded , and URP functin framework. This paper also gives a solution on how to use Web Servies technology in URP ,realization solution on the printing field , and in thelast chapter sucessfully realizes the integration of different management system in different enterprises on the supply-chain in the printing field by using business process executeing language for Web Services. This paper will impel the research on how the new management thoughts used in enterprise management system and URP system.
