Basing on this, it also talk about the working principle of the routing protocol and its selection. During the design, we adopt AIMD algorithm to solve the communication jam. All the work we have done increase communication efficiency and reliability. It introduces new /old network structure and design solution of the two system working together, Basing on analysis of network communication route and routing protocol, we give out the detailed implementation.. This paper has also recommended the network to backs up the scheme and network and defend the thunder to design etc.,Description of new generation frame architecture, design methods and implementation are all given out.
