The combined motor vibration sensor which is held manually with double charge amplifier placed inside and with frequency compensating circuit is designed based on the existed press-electricity accelerator of vibration and the measuring vibration system of charge amplifier in the paper. The programable unit of insPAC is used first to work out the frequency compensating circuit adapted itself, the frequency band is extended. The application range of the manual sensor is extended. Character testing and environment trial are made for the sensor. The comparison experiment in the car SANTANA 2000 with Japan Liyin company's VM-63A instrument of testing vibration are done in the paper.Some contents such as the reason being produced and the harm of the mechanical vibration noise of motor and the present condition of the testing system, ect. are introduced. The necessity of designing the combined sensor which is held manually and the significance of experiment study of the vibration noise are put forward in chapter one.The design project of vibration sensor is decided, the relative mechanical model and mathematic expressions are worked out,and the analysis of the static and dynamic character are made in chapter two.The design method of the double charge amplifier are worked out based on the requirement of the sensor for testing circuit and the effect of sensor for work environment, the method of compensation of the frequency being extended is studied, and the Butterworth filter of five order which is adapted itself is designed creatively by the ispPAC in chapter three.The sensitivity correct and the test of magnitude character for sensor are done by the comparison method, the horizontal sensitivity ,linear error and environment character are tested, and the error of indication is calculated in chapter four.Some problems which is encountered in the designing and researching processes of the vibration sensor are summarized, and the approaches of further research is indicated in chapter five.
