| With the rapid development of the technology of Semiconductors, Networks, Communications and Software, the ideal and method of intelligent instrument system's design have changed radically. Such as the developments of "IP CORE" and EDA based on Internet result in the quick form of the design of Intelligent Instrument and running environment in the Internet. The technologies of ISP and EMIT are base of these changes which have occurred." The System of New Type Intelligent Instrument" amalgamates the technology of Computer, Communication, and Control. It has open communication and intelligent measurement&control interface; and it can take self-validate of test results, realizes auto select measure word in special environments. Its realization ensures the network of auto test industrial scene, IST, HAVC, IA etc. These technologies shall change the original method of industrial measurement and realize also fault-diagnosis.Technologies of DSP, embedded Internet, In-System Programming and ISP's apparatus are absolute new domain of the research on the design of Intelligent Instrument, on which few institutions has taken research, and only in the labs in universities. This paper is in base of "The Item of Youth-Science fund "in UESTC, and takes a research in new type Intelligent Instruments and its Internet on theory and application, at the end develop a model type.The system of new type Intelligent Instrument is integrations of a lot of new theories and technologies. This paper take a thorough research on the theory of fault-diagnosis in Intelligent Instrument, embedded Internet, In-System Programming, EMIT and SOC; and in base of Integrations of a lot of new theory and technologies, this paper inaugurated the system of New Type Intelligent Instrument. By thorough analysis and synthetize this paper made a frame of the System of Intelligent Instrument and its hardware structure. As followed, this paper depicted design details of Intelligent Instrument 's hardware, it included the design of interface circuit, data commutations and digital logic of DSP, MCU, Internet's chip and ISP's apparatus etc., and have designed schematic map and circuit. So it accomplished the full design of hardware/software of the New Type Intelligent Instrument. This paper focused on the concept of Refactoring of new type Intelligent Instrument, and took a thorough research on the technical foundations of New Type Intelligent Instrument, working environment and realized refactoring by Internet. At the end this paper realized the refactoring of the New Type Intelligent Instrument. |
