Relating to practical engineering demands, the paper researches on the network instrument with multiple communication interfaces and the exploiting design of the flow monitoring system hot-network.The whole system is composed of the intelligent instrument module, communication module and monitoring management module. The intelligent instrument module achieves the functions of collecting and processing hot network stream parameters, and offers multiple communication interfaces; the communication module provides three communication ways of Internet>PSTNNwireless station to realize the function of central collecting and managing steam flow information; The monitoring management module, which adopts advanced programming languages, performs the functions of data collection, exchange, disposal, query and report print and so on.The paper involves multiple techniques of intelligent instrument, network communication and computer application. The innovation and key problem to this thesis is to implement Embedded Internet (El) in normal 8-bit CPU. According to the characteristics of 8-bit common processor and the ideas of subset partition and predigestion of the protocols, We have designed a set of imbedded Internet private interface protocols, developed a embedded network instrument with the function of embedded Web Server and realized the network of equipment. It takes on high practical value and extending significance.
