With the development and research of the dynamic signal testing and processing system which is based on the Virtual Instrument technology, the paper researched the problem of dynamic signal testing, which exists in the engineering of mechatronics widely, and applied the advanced testing technology to the dynamic signal testing, and realized automatic testing and processing.This paper discussed the characteristic of artillery's dynamic signal, the working condition of sensors and the conditions to make an undeformed testing, which constituted the requirements for the system.During the period of development, through comparing the different VI structure of PC-DAQ, GPIB, VXI and PXI, the VXI was taken, and because the requirements of testing in real world, the software control project was given. After the researching of SCXI bus and the manufacturing of connecting circuits, the project was realized. The paper researched and realized the synchronization among channels and the model calibration of virtue instrument, too.The paper researched the software structure of VI, and proposed a new software structure in which the exchange of data among models should be done by database. The software structure lowered the degree of conjunction among software models, made the testing system easy to adapt to new demands. The software was developed using the modularization method, which made the models can be built at the same time, and rose the reliability of the software.The result of the experiments indicated that the system made the testing and the processing of dynamic signal automatic, and it's functions and capabilities caught the requirement of the devise and applications. Comparing with the traditional method, this test system reduced manual work and increased the testing and processing efficiency greatly.The research of applying VI to dynamic signal testing and processing can be used in other measurement and control fields of mechatronics industry and be helpful to the industry of our nation.
