This paper has designed the accurate shearing equipment virtually, the content include 3D modeling, virtual assembly, move mould part sport organization simulation, etc. of spare part. Have put forward the modeling method that the innovative products three-dimension is designed, complex modeling method integrated in characteristic modeling ,parameter modeling and direct modeling. Utilize three-dimensional engineering design software Pro/Engineer to carry on the structure design and spare part modeling to the accurate shear equipment; Utilize three-dimensional engineering design software ADAMS to move mould part do sport organization simulation, Simulation moves the real motion state of the part of the mould. Through simulation, seek the rational structure of the accurate shear equipment, has verified the rationality that the structure is designed.Research of subject this proceed from project angle, how finish accurate shear virtual prototype of a machine of equipment under existing condition especially, Content is as follows:1. Have Researched the virtual developsing technology of mechanical CAD field and explains the domestic and international current situation, and has put forward the setting-up to this subject virtual environmental system.2. Have analysed the basic principle of accurate shear and movement mechanism, has proposed and designed the main structure of the accurate shear equipment3. Utilized Pro/E project software, sets up the geometry model of the accurate shear equipment, had merged characteristic modeling, parameter modeling and direct modeling complex method. And had finished the virtual assembly of the accurate shear equipment and follision's adjusted based on this.4. Building the simulation model of the movement in ADAMS project software basedon geometry model of constructed well, maked construction movement analysis and mechanics analysis at motion model -the main part of accurate shearing equipments and the rational construction device of accurate shearing equipments is verified ,which settles a solid foundation for the further perfection of improving equipments.
