There are so much virtues in the measurements in frequency-domain .The real-time frequency-analysis is few researched in our country .This is very important for frequency-measurements exerting in the engineering . we take the measurenments of frequency-measurements on the platform of digital oscillograph . The digital oscillograph offered us the convenience technical platform. The text introduces the method of analysis and design of this measurements on the platform of digital oscillograph .The tested signals is entered into the digital oscillograph and output the analog signals .in the base of known patameter of time domain ,The signals is transform by FFT . It is measured by frequency-field finally .In the time of analysis of frequency-domain , we should watch several problems , such as "leakage" and "barrier" .In order to improve the precision of measurements , we measures the frequency. We should pay attention to the elimination of error in the measurements , for example the exerting of "window" and " double windows" .For exerting of the rapidity of measurements , we exerting the developed arithmetic interpolate in the measurements , the interpolate exerting for the digital oscillograph , the rapidity of measurements is improved more and more .We use the dynamic C as develop tools, the language of dynamic C is the same as Assembly program .It can be worked on the computer's hardware .So it has the vitue of real-time . When we are on top of the language of dynamic C . the real-time analysis of frequency can be realized finally .
