Remote measurement and control is one of questions that are not resolved in manufacturing, electric power and irrigation works nowadays. Communication, network and computer technologies now are developing at very high speed. Network technology guarantees that remote measurement and control is possible. Especially with the development of Internet technology remote measurement and control network has a technical foundation. But control network that is applied at lower control layer is isolated and lagging than Intranet. For we can measure and control in remote locale, we must merge control network and Intranet. At the same time the information is issued in Intranet and we can share the information.This paper brings forward a new kind of thought of remote measurement and control after we refer to many data and study the trend nowadays about industry control network. It makes it possible to link Fieldbus control network and Ethernet and lay a foundation for management and control at the same time. This paper introduces Fieldbus in detail especially FF, LonWorks, CAN, HART etc. This paper brings forward the thought of delamination about remote measurement and control and discusses the disadvantage and advantage about B/S and C/S. This paper designs software and hardware of communication controller and brings forward the thought of basing on Web mode in remote measurement and control system. In the system we apply B/S structure, ASP.NET technique, ADO.NET technique to put up a Web Server. It can realize dynamic data issued in Intranet and lookup the past data. Conveying coal system is made an example of the remote measurement and control. We design the system structure, issue dynamic data in Web mode and lookup the past data.
