The development of Computer and Calculation Technology promote fast progress of the technology of modeling and computer simulation. The simulation technology has become an independent subject, which is undergoing fast development now and being used in all sorts of science research fields. In national defence science and technology field, simulation technology has become a means to save investment, enhance efficiency and been used as a precursor technology in manufacture and experimentation. This thesis mainly concerns with receiver and signal processing sub-system, which are part of a simulation system of air pulse Doppler radar (PD radar). This simulation system aims to evaluate the jamming and anti-jamming capacity of the PD radar.Our main work and achievement are centralized as follows. The paper briefly expatiates on PD radar system, clutters and pulse compression technology. The thesis brings forward a realization scheme of receiver and signal processing sub-system based on different work pattern, including range gate PD mode in high and medium repeat frequency pattern and pulse compress plus MTD(moved target detection) mode as well as LFM (linear frequency modulated) and Barker code in low repeat frequency pattern. The paper dissertates realization of receiver and Signal Processing sub-system in detail, gives principles for main modules, establishes the mathematics model and combines simulation. The PD radar can work in both search and trace mode. Output waves of main modules, detection probability, false alert probability and MSE (mean square error) etc are given by computer simulation and analytic form.The project is the first simulation plat based on personal computer to study PD radar system and its jamming and anti-jamming capability evaluation in electron counterwork field of our country. It has important significance for correlate research.
