The subject comes from the key project: "0.1M~3000MHz general receiver development" of national high and new technology CHUANGXIN Funds.The auther was responsible for implementation 0.1M~30MHz band part of the subject. In receiver system development, there are some innovations in the design of high linearity and high dynamic range, also in the circuitry realization. The high-intermediate-frequency superheterodyne structure with twice conversions is adopted in the final scheme. And 1Hz system resolution is realized by applying DDS.The paper begins with the deep analysis of high performance receiver parameters. Subsequently, the design methods are introduced about receiver high liearity and high dynamic range.Then ,the system scheme analysis and proof, implementation of each functional unit, some questions paid more attention in system design and debug are discussed in detail.
