The subject comes from the cooperation project "special short-wave communication receiver" between Chengdu Sine Science &Technology Ltd and Automatization School of Harbin Engineering University. The auther was responsible for implementation of the RF receiver in the system. The RF receiver consists of a RF front end, 3 DDS synthesizers and a high-speed AD converter. The high-intermediate-frequency superheterodyne structure with twice conversions is adopted in the final scheme. With two cascaded AGC units the receiver system gets a high dynamic range while the linearity of the system is well guaranteed. At first, the deep analysis of receiver parameters is introcuced in this paper. Subsequently, the design methods are introduced about receiver with high linearity and high dynamic range. Then, the system scheme analysis and proof, implementation of each functional unit, some questions paid more attentions on system design and debug are discussed in detail. The ultimate testing results of this subject are represented at last. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Receiver, Linearity, Dynamic Range, AGC Intermediate-frequency, Short-wave, DDS Synthesizer, A/D Converter | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
