The current Web Services architecture consist of SOAP, WSDL and UDDI protocols, and it is used for sharing and integrating services among enterprises. This architecture has several advantages, such as: fixed framework, simple interaction model and being convenient for developing, but it also lacks extensibility, intelligence and autonomy, so it is called narrow sense Web Services. In this thesis, we discussed the problems in current Web Services architecture, and pointed out that we can use the transference technology, information description technology and information reasoning technology which include Ontology, RDF and XSB to improve the autonomy, extensibility and machine-based automatic interaction level. We constructed the Ticket Ontology and Ticket Service using these technologies, and applied Ontology modeling technology, knowledge inference technology and primitive-based interaction technology in this domain. These measures made the infrastructure of Web Services more complete, intelligent and extensible. In this thesis, we also pointed out that we can use the central registration mechanism appropriately in MAS to reduce the interaction amount between agents. We used the MAS as the framework and architecture of interaction among services, and made the broad sense service as the extension of the interaction content of Mobile Agent. Based on this idea, we extended one current model to XSFM model which has better transference ability, extensibility, intelligence and autonomy. The demonstration and experiments in this thesis concluded that the narrow sense Web Services will evolve into broad sense Web Services using Mobile Agent technology, and it has better intelligence, autonomy and extensibility, and finally it will drive the current Web evolving into the Semantic Web.
