This paper is an important part of the Native Defense preparatory study task in the Ten-five-year plan, measurement methods of scattering and radiation characteristic of army-targets are systematically researched so as to provide basis for the related Native Defense Project.Through analyzing the principle of millimeter wave radiometer, the paper sets up the theory module of millimeter wave radiometer's output signal, measures the 3mm and 8mm band targets' radiation and scattering characteristic. It also analyzes the feasibility of the measurement method. In order to provide theory and experimental basis for native defense project, the paper measure 8mm band scattering characteristic of one module plane and analyze accuracyIn addition, the paper measures the 3mm band radiation characteristic of different non-metal and metal targets, contrasts to the theory module and extracts the correspondence feature vector to provide the base for Millimeter Wave Active/Passive Detecting Technology...
