This paper originates from the project of biomedicine experiment system. The main work is doing the research of biomedicine experiment information system based on the intranet. In addition, in order to apply CPLD for the research of biomedicine signal processing, thesis also does some researches for digital signal processing (DSP) based on programmable logic design (PLD).First of all, thesis introduces the situation and the development trend of information system, signal processing and digital electronic system ,then it analyses the overall structure of biomedicine information system. Considering the flexibility, thesis puts forward a new design mode for dynamic web pages on the base of C/S design mode. Consequently, the Internet resource is better used and the teaching work of biomedicine experiment is also improved. The top-down idea is been used for the design of digital signal filter, and VHDL is used from the overall layout to the implement of all the subunits.TCP/IP is used for the design of instant communication between teachers and students, consequently the commutative quality is well improved; Delphi which is Object Oriented language connected with SQL Server is used for the implement of the management of grade and devices and so on. The design provides a new idea for the standardization of the experiment instruction. By inquiring from intranet and publish information on intranet and solve the problem with the help of Computer, the information system promote the modernization of experiment instruction. In the design of digital signal processing filter, thesis mainly discuss the design of FIR DF and take advantage of the TOP-DOWN idea from begins. After analyzing the general idea of DF, thesis provides its structure and then designs all its modules with VHDL. Finally, thesis provides two schemes for the improvement of FIR DF.
