Dc Motor Integrated Platform For Computer-controlled Data Acquisition And Interface

Mechatronics is developed rapidly in recent years, the development of mechatronics technology requires a student to possess both mechanical and control knowledge, and to be able to combine them in study and practice. Subjects on computer control are important to the student's knowledge construction and their future work. Facing the hi-speed development of computer technology and the necessity to integrate it with traditional mechanics, teachers should adopt new teaching methods to improve the teaching result and develop student's ability through case study.In order to assist in teaching, computer control system for DC motor is put forward in this paper. The whole design is based on the principle and method of modern detecting and controlling technology. With the aid of EDA tools, modern electronic circuit and system design theory, some key problems in the design are resolved, some circuits are simulated, so the efficiency is greatly improved. The data acquisition system and the output driving system are designed emphatically in this paper. It's based on PC parallel port and implemented through software and hardware. The interface of this system is designed in serial and presented in detail in this paper, for serial communication has been widely applied in data communication and control system. What's more, the formations of interference with electronic circuit system are also analyzed and effective countermeasures are suggested.Student can grasp the digital control technique, cultivate the ability of control theory application and improve the comprehension of mechatronics with the aid of the system we implement.
