This article analysed the through casing resistivity logging principle and selected suitableDSP, AD and CPLD chip. Finally, designed a system about the logging data acquisition of highresolution. The paper didn’t only describe the design scheme of the system, but also analyse thesignal acquiring, processing, transmitting and anti-interference.Firstly, the background and significance of this subject have been introduced, besides statedthe development about the home and abroad. Then the through casing resistivity logging principleand the function of the system have been discussed. According to the principle and function, thepaper also has discussed the scheme of the logging circuit based on DSP and CPLD modules.Based on the features of the signal and chips, designed the signal-rectified circuit, ADC circuit,DSP circuit and CPLD logic circuit. Because the available data consisted of the weak signal, inorder to get more accurate results, this paper used a method of hardware and software to design aseries anti-interference measures about weak signal.This project has designed a underground system of logging circuit with a high accuracy ofdata acquisition by analyzing BF533DSP and knowing the ability about data processing and weaksignal detecting. This design didn’t only help to compare the difference between each processor,but also to provide a foundation for the logging instrument’s amelioration based BF533DSPprocessor. In a word, this subject has very important significance to development andimprovement of logging instrument.
