With the application of high accuracy 3D data in industrial and daily life,like virtual reality,augmented reality and 3D printer,spread widely,the high accuracy 3D data acquisition becomes a research highlight.With the price decrease and the performance increase,the camera gets an extensive use in industrial and daily entertainments,and the high accuracy 3D data acquisition does have a broad application platform.Camera calibration is the basis of the high accuracy 3D data acquisition,it builds up the relationship between the camera coordinate system and the world coordinate system by acquiring the camera intrinsic and extrinsic parameters,and has great value of studying and using in the field of computer vision.The article proposes a high quality detection method as calibration template based on black and white checkerboard pattern through the introduction analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the camera calibration method at home and abroad.Because of point spread function(PSF)of variance,the variance of PSF for solving value,this paper uses the point spread function estimation.Through image edge step function characteristics,use the vertical direction of image boundary pixels distribution for the step response of the PSF features,calculate the variance of PSF.Then according to the analysis of the different corner detection algorithm.Harries corner detection is proposed in combination with saddle equation fitting corner position automatically obtain the image,and according to the Angle of edge points and the edge Angle difference between the extracted corner for automatic sorting,corner to complete the automatic extraction.Travel through the perspective of iteration to eliminate the lens distortion and distortion,distortion calibration error of reducing therefore introduced.Finally the paper proposed a camera calibration method with Bouguet written in matlab platform camera calibration of the toolbox,comparing the calibration results highlight the effectiveness of the proposed calibration algorithm of this paper.Compared with camera calibration literature in recent years,at the same time show that paper proposed algorithm has the advantages of high precision,simple.Finally,based on structured light 3 d measurement experiment proved that the tablet the reliability of the calibration method.
