By comparative study, this thesis puts up with a set of solutions to solve the crises and set up a sustainable development of HNTV.1. Crises HNTV is of the situation of not making the both sides meet. Depending on the first quarter, things are not so good because of the payment (15 million Yuan per month) and the income (10 million Yuan per month). Programs are getting aged. The number of watchers of the famous program "Supreme happy headquarters" gets down sharply. Management is not put into place and talents go out for further development. The competitions get more and more ferocious As the native TV market is opening up for the outside world, the Chinese TV industry will be of forms ?stated-owned TV stations, non-government groups, the third group and the overseas medium groups.2. Crises analysis The authorities put the enterprise group, the TV station and the broadcasting & TV bureau together. The clash of interests cannot be avoided Channels of HNTV have no co-operations. Considering self-interests, each professional channel makes use of limited capital to operate as a compositive channel. So similar programs on each professional channel bring about resource waste and increase of cost. Single-crop fanning mode - there aren't multi-channel to get profit in HNTV. There is no scientific, fair, efficient control system on program production. There is no strong influence on HNTV's programs. The stimulant measure is not efficient,3. Measures The TV station must be operate signal-handed. Resource re-organization should be put into place. Oneness should be put into practice on financing and technology. Setting up three platforms on program production, marketing, resource development. The new organization framework must be made sure the all and the parts work smoothly. Establishing medium industrial link focusing on information industry which is formed by multi-medium and multi-performance. Using the experience of SOEs' reform for reference optimizes mechanism of stimulation and distribution. Carrying into execution of brand stratagem implements IMC to manage, plan and evaluate.
