The Operating Mechanism. On The Establishment Of Book Copyright Trade Development In Jiangsu Province

Since its accession to the World Trade Organization, the internationalization process of China's publishing industry has speeded up. Being a breakthrough point of internationalization strategy ,the copyright business is of vital importance to our country's publishing industry. But the present situation is not satisfactory. There are many flaws throughout all the links of the copyright business from the system of management to personnel quality. Therefore, paying much attention to copyright business, probing into the fundamental causes hindering its development and putting forward the resolution is the vital task regarding the future of our country's publishing industry.This thesis selects Jiangsu Province as the research sample. The thesis analyses the characteristics and problems in different stage of copyright business in Jiangsu Province by reviewing its developing course. Considering these factors and the present situation, the thesis points out that the fundamental causes hindering the development of copyright business is the failures in operating mechanism. Therefore, the thesis puts forward the principles , measures and the probabilities to establish the operating mechanism of copyright business.
