To build the distributed database application of cross-boundary, cross-platform and high reusability has became a hot of enterprise information construction. Therefore, how to efficient implement integration of heterogeneous distributed data has became a part of modern enterprise application development need to be resolved..Net Remoting as an alternative to DCOM has been increasingly widely used. In this paper, research how to use .Net Remoting and XML technology to implement data integration of distributed databases, In-depth study of the integration of distributed database and heterogeneous digestion technology. And made reference to the current maturity of the main advantages and disadvantages of solutions . Made use of .Net Remoting technology , and efficient network transport and intermediate buffer database technology to build solutions. And design an efficient algorithm for data on heterogeneous digestion, so that the solution of the users do not care about the distribution of the database, structure and quantity distribution, and heterogeneous characteristics, so that the user transparent, and as much as possible to speed up the whole system reaction speed and accuracy of processing so that the whole system is applicable to line, reliability, intelligence and efficiency.
