With rapid development of information technology and economical globalization, the competition between companies has been changing from the quality and service of the product to the corporate performance of the companies and their collaborators. And the construction of virtual manufacture network is a key problem. The object of this study is present a mathematic modal and find an effective approach to solve it.On the basic of literature study this thesis described the construction of virtual manufacture network, and take the minimize of average cost and average time as the target of construction of virtual manufacture network, product capability as restriction, which cell is selected and the amount of the selected cells product as variable present a model of construction of virtual manufacture network. The thesis presents four approaches of multi-objective genetic algorithms to search for Pareto optimal solutions (i.e., non-dominated solutions) of this multi-objective optimization problem. Initialization, crossover, mutation, and evaluation is designed detailed in this thesis. The four approaches was implemented in Visual Basic6.0. The non-dominated solutions obtained suggest that among the proposed approaches the MOGA1 is the most effective one to solve the problem.
