The technology of sensors is one of crucial components of the modern information technology. Sensors are the interface of the studied object and the information system, and also the window of the system to acquire and detect information. Magnetic sensors are an important branch that can be used to detect the non-electronically characteristics through the magnetic field. The InSb magnetosensitive sensor in this paper is designed for the fine measurement of the turning gear. Through the sensor,the information of the angular velocity the gear is changed to electric pulse which can provides to other second instruments.Firstly, the paper introduces the theory of the InSb magnetosensitive characteristics. And then analyzes in detail about the structure principle of InSb magnetosensitive rotation sensor. Design and optimize all the several circuits of the sensor, including the circuit of signal collecting , signal amplife, digitizing circuit , driving circuit and stabilization voltage circuit. Also, we select the signal collecting circuit of three output polars, the coupling circuit using capacitance and resistance, the alternating amplify processing circuit, the positive feedback retardation comparsion, the driving circuit of output current and the stabilization voltage supply circuit.Some property and working parameters about the sensor are tested. The results indicated that:(1) Under the measure distance no more than 5mm, It is reliable of the output pulse of the sensors.(2) The working frequency of the sensor can ranges from 2Hz to 5000Hz. Still we can design different frequency range according to different demand. (3) The driving ability of the sensor is sound. The pull driving current can reach as much as 200mA when the output pulse is high. And the load-resistance can reach at 25 Ω . (4)The charactersitis of this sensor indicate that the rotation sensor can be compared beauty with the same kind products of overseas, worthy of popularizing. (5) In sum, the reliably of the InSb magnetosensitive sensor is high. The circuit is simple and easy to debug. The cost is cheaper. It fit to produce in factory on a large scale...
