Human being has been gradually stepped into the information era. Information acquisition, processing and transmission are the main three parts of the modern information technology. Sensors are the interface of the studied object and the information system, and also the window of die system to acquire and detect information. Sensors are an important branch that can be used to detect the non-electronically characteristics through the magnetic field. The InSb tnagnetosensitive sensor in this paper is for the fine measurement of the gear rev.Firstiy, the paper introduces the basic electromagnetism theory about InSb, and then analyze the principle of InSb magnetosensitive rev sensor. And designs 3 differ single processing circuit, selects the directly coupling amplify single processing circuit for this sensor and optimized it for practicality. And some request for die InSb magnetosensitive element of mis sensor is also given.Some capabilities of this sensor are tested The results indicated that (1) It is no special requests about sensitivity for the InSb magnetosensitive element of this sensor; (2) As for stability and voltage tolerance, the static voltages of the mo key points of the single processing circuit (PIN3> PIN5) are very steady, but the PINS's which do not reach to 2.40V has relatively biggish varieties. (3) As for noise, whenever the temperature or stability test, the output of difference amplifier has no reach to 30 mv. (4) The relationship of rev single and the gap between sensor and gear is match the equation: y=aX2 +bX+C; (5) As for load, the current of load shoud be down when load is up, but the high voltage of sensor output will up also. (6) The linearity charactersitis of this sensor indicate that the veracity of InSb magnetosensitive rev sensor can be compared beauty with the same kind products of overseas, worthy of popularizing.
