Boiler is the heat equipment in common use best of all, which can supply qualified steam for the requirement of steam quantity adapting to burthen. Aiming at the concrete industrial boilers complexion of the Thermal Power of China Great Wall Aluminum Corporation, we studied several aspects as following: accomplished numerical value and computation of boiler by combustion characteristic analysis and thermal integrated test technique; constituted combustion expert controller model of boiler on manipulation experience; formed intelligent integrated control technology of industrial boiler combustion with synthesized general control and fuzzy control technologies.Via the analysis of heat balance computation model and the computation of online heat balance for industrial coal boiler, this dissertation researched overall input heat, efficient utilized quantity of heat, heat losing of discharge flue gas, heat losing of chemistry and mechanism incomplete combustion, heat losing of dispelling heat of boiler, heat efficiency, air superfluous coefficient, wind speed, wind quantity, computation of primary air circle cutting and whose influence on boiler combustion efficiency.After getting online results, combustion expert controller gained relevant ratiocinate output results by integrating technical parameters of online inspected system, combustion computed results and diagnostic and manipulated countermeasure of knowledge base, then which could propose operator for choosing a suitable control method using concentrated corresponding rules.Combustion results would be also applied to the combustion control loop. The combustion control loop adopted Fuzzy + PID control on traditional general control means, exerted fuzzy intelligent controller and based on mathematics model and experience knowledge control technologies for more advanced control realization, thereby the control effects achieved better than before.Since t his s ystem h as carried o ut, t he c ombustion efficient a nd s tabilization o f boiler w as b oosted i n evidence. So which has make for effective and stable circulation of boiler and the realization of increasing production and dropping cost goal.
