The industry boiler is important heat energy power equipment in China, theboiler control system is the complex control system, it is significant to realize theboiler computer automatic control.In the paper, this control system is designed by the Kingview6.5 software, withthe background of the 35t/h Industrial boiler of the FENGHUA Power Company. Inthe paper introduce the composing and the process of moving of the boiler and thedesign thought and the debugging results of the computer control system in detail.Boiler control system is composed of drum water level control system andcombustion control system. Combustion control system is composed of steampressure control system and hearth negative pressure control system and combustioneconomical control system. Maintaining drum water level in the set range andmaintaining steam pressure in the set range and maintaining hearth negative pressurein the set range are necessary condition of ensuring boiler's safety running and mainindex of boiler's running. MengNiu Group is the main heating object of the FENGHUA Power Company, because of the characteristic of making milk technique,using steam variety frequently, so, the control is difficultier than in power plant.Based on three impulses cascade control, system adopts delaying control andlimit-scope control, realizes stabile movement of water level. The system realizes thecoal's economical combustion through adopting self-optimizing Fuzzy controlmethod to modify the ratio parameter of wind to coal.
