Process Modeling And Simulation Of Pattern Fabric Surface Color Processing

Jacquard fabric is weaved by warp yarn and weft yarn to express varied texture and pattern effects. Jacquard fabric contains label, necktie, towel, warp-kniting, vestee, sofa-clothe etc. The effects of varied Jacquard fabric is based on the attribute of yarn, the technology of texture and weaving and the technology of after-settling .This paper first introduces the actuality and outlook of the Jacquard Simulation System , and according to the modern computer simulation technology , discuss the feasibility of its development.Then the paper concerns on the technology modeling and computer chromatic effect. The part of technology modeling describes the method of setting up programmable process model . The part of computer chromatic effect describes the computer simulation method of details in the fabric surface .At last this paper summarizes all the work which has been done during previous stages , and points out what still needs to be improved more .
