Hse Fieldbus System Management Research And Development Of Communication Mechanisms

With the fast development of computer technology,micro-electronics and communication technology,the signal transmission in the industry has transformed from the analog one to the digital one. This enhances the interdevice communication,and therefore a new technology-fieldbus come into existence. One of two main characteristics of fieldbus is its realization of digital communication;the other one is its full openness to all. The presence of fieldbus changes the system framework formed by the traditional field instruments. They have promoted the development of the industrial control systems greatly.This thesis puts forward the development of the fieldbus system management model in the view of the general communication protocol. Base on five modules of the system management,fulfils the communication interaction among five modules. Meanwhile this thesis analysis specially characteristic in communication interaction of five modules,formulates communication mechanism that can complete communication reliably,fast and safely. The system communication interaction gets through protocol test smoothly.This thesis completes development of Fieldbus system management base on high speed Ethernet,accomplishes functions that the Fieldbus protocol demands. This thesis discusses the fieldbus bright future.
