Fiber Winding Machine Control System Development

Fibre Optic Coil is a basicl issue to the Fibre Optical Gyroscopes(FOG). It felt simple,but it determine the performance of FOG.Improving the performance of Fiber Optic Coil is the key to practicality of FOG.The text come from the structure of Fiber Optic Coil. We design the control system of Fibre Optic Coil to realize the mechanism target and realize the whole performance of Fibre Optic Coil. The control system include two parts: hardware and software.Hardware include the whole programming of circuit ,design, anti-jamming circuit, principal chart of circuit, the circuit board of PCB, jointing the circuit, debugging and assemble the system. In assembling the system, it should design the size of circuit design, the shell of system, film keyboard, etc.Software include: liquid display part, the module of display, module of keyboard, driving module of stepping- moto, data processing of intramural system, anti-jamming, etc.In the end, fixing the system and testing, I finish the design and put it to use.
