Ip-based Digital Dispatching System, Applied Research, At The Launch Site

With the developing of the technology of the computer and communication,the world had been going into times of information and network. Now,people were not satisfied with the UniMedia,they got more and more information from MultiMedia that usually integrated data,image,voice,and so on.In this thesis,the newest production of the multimedia technology and the computer networks technology was applied to the Networking Multimedia Dispatch System. Furthermore,the experience provided by the user of the existing dispatch system had been taken into consideration in this project,after overcoming some difficulties in technology,we developed a new generation dispatch system ,which could keep up with the changing requirement and realized standardizing and networking.Firstly,the task,structure,technology and function of the existing dispatch system were introduced,whose key technology is based on the TDM and time division switch like PSTN. Further,the developing direction of PSTN is based on IP,the pocked switch system and network,and also the dispatch system of The Manned Space Flight Launch Base will transmit multimedia information on IP.Secondly,the stream media,video conference technology based on IP network and VoIP technology were discussed,the Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP),the Real-time Transport Control Protocol (RTCP),the Real-time Streaming Protocol (RTSP),and the Resource Reserve Protocol (RSVP) ware studied deeply. And the project of the stream media,Video Conference based on IP network and VoIP proposed by Microsoft were introduced,too.Finally,the design and implementation of the dispatch system based onIP,ware proposed,including the software and hardware structure,and It' s friendly and interactively operating interface. The system realizes digital dispatch function based on IP,and can transfer dispatch voice,live video,files,and etc,so it could provides more and more information to the commander. Also it can provide virtual-meeting for users. The networking multimedia dispatch system obeys the standard of ITU,IEEE and RTEF,applies the robust software platform,and owns the best reliability,adaptability,flexible expansibility and compatibility.
