To address the issue between theoretic analysis and engineering application, this paper presents a new method to digitize the design of platform lorry. On the basis of research effort before, this paper dynamically divides the turning process of whole wheels of platform lorry in all operating conditions into several parts, and establishes mathematical model of turning resisting moment in all operating modes with global analysis method, calculus, relative motion theory and mathematical analysis. Furthermore, it discusses how to figure out these models mentioned above.With reference to the design of various automobiles, it primary defines the method to get key parameters in platform lorry general design, and creates mathematical model. It provides more reference to choose axis, driving axle, number of arrest axles, type of tire, pump, motor, lift hydrocylinder, maximum payload and sole weight reasonably.According to empirical data and some computing results, it establishes jackup hydraumatic platform lorry series product library and real time inquiry system; it writes the compute program to aid to design platform lorry system by Object-Oriented Programming method and simulates the turning process of platform lorry.This paper uses Complex Simpson numerical integration, trapezium area formula and optimization theory to precisely compute according .to mathematical model. It provides data and reference to help check turning conditions of platform lorry, and realizes real time, dynamic inquiry of platform lorry design.
