Heliborne Battlefield Surveillance Radar (BSR) is used widely for its flexible usage without escort, regardless of landforms and low research expenditure.BSR confronts with complicated clutter circumstance, it's the most important thing we must do to restrain clutter not smooth in time domain or frequency domain in order to detect interesting targets of mainland and sea level. The aim of the task is to detect moving target in the varied clutter environment, which contains the following contents:(1) Radar theories relational to the task, including clutter character, their magnitude and spectral distributions. In this part, moving target detection method is introduced, several methods on clutter suppression is presented.(2) Spectral methods: Considering the intricate radar clutter ambience, Which fluctuates greatly, it's needed to adapt spectral estimation firstly, then suppress clutter spectrum. I introduce several methods for compare.(3) CFAR method: According to earth clutter's character, I adopt Cell Average Constant False Alert Rate (CA-CFAR) and Biparameter CFAR under the consideration of sea clutter character.(4) Programming software is introduced. Flowcharts that are used in the task are plotted. The hardware schematic diagram is plotted concisely.(5) Digital Signal Processor's development. I introduced ADSP21060 of Analog Devices (AD) Corporation in detail. The task is tested by simulation and emulation, finished successfully.
