In this paper,! detailedly discuss a process for designing a hardware & software of a data collection system based VXIbus.Because the data collection system is the most important part of a Digital Store Oscillograph(DSO),so this paper would supply a instructional function for us to design a DSO based VXIbus.In order to convenient for designing and debugging the system,in the process of designing and debugging ,1 divided the whole system into two parts,they include the interface of VXIbus and the data collection part.lt can not only simplify whole design \vork,but also convenient for debugging the system. In order to enhance the stability of the system,! select the IT9010 as the kernel chip of the VXIbus interface circuit. As the same time,in order to achieve the 80MHz sample ratio,! select Analog corporation's AD9288 being the kernel chip of the data collection circuit.In the process implementing this project,! adopt the manner of self research,self design and self debugging.The most creationary work of this design is I design a VXIbus interface circuit by use of IT9010.Through this design work,I know the method which design and debug a VXIbus interface circuit using IT9010.Simultaneously,! know the principle of DSO in the processing of accomplishing this paper,grasped the principle of the data collection,trigger control and analog signal processing circuit in DSO.Furthermore ,1 also know the problems we will face when we design these circuit so you say,and I know how solve these problems.The ultimate goal of this paper is to design a data collection module based VXIbus,\vhose sample ratio should achieve SOMSPS.This module can be insert into a VXIbus system as a part of a VXIbus system.It's basic parameters be listed as follows:Sample Ratio:80MSPSSample Depth:32kBandwidth of Input Analog Signal: 16MHz-20MHzThrough one year's work,! successively finished my paper by the aid of my tutor-professor Chen.Through the work of finishing this paper,! know the importance of having a religious scientific attitude to finishing a scientific research work.
