Based on the analysis of reference material, and the study of currentsituations of Internet, as well as the study of internal conditions of Runskyweb station, the thesis gives out a general idea about Runsky's marketingstrategies.The thesis includes four parts:The first part is the characteristic of web media. The advantages anddisadvantages of web media are analyzed from different aspects in this part,ranging from political and economic news information resources, newsagencies, human recourses, and space covering capacity to the timely,opening, alternative functions.The second part is the situation of web market, analyzing the operationenvironment of macro web market, and also the environment in northernChina especially hi Dalian district.The third part is the analysis of internal conditions of Runsky web station,which focus on the description of advantages, disadvantages, currentconstruction development and further development planning.The fourth part is the marketing strategies of Runsky, stating the operationconcepts, R&D strategy, competition strategy and guarantee methods of allthe marketing strategies mentioned above.On the whole, the thesis attempts to give a suggestion of the marketingstrategies of Runsky, a web new media, from theoretical and practical aspects,hoped to play a certain directive role for the works in the future.
