The principle of video walls' signal-process system was discussed in this article, the system was also designed and tested, which proved the design is correct and can be used in practice.We introduced the theory of video division in details, and decided to use the Two Frame Alternate Memory after comparing several methods. The data magnifying read from memories have certain means, such as Repetition Interpolator Arithmetic (RIA) , Linearity Interpolator Arithmetic (LI A) and Border Pixels Alternate Arithmetic(BPAR). The RIA and only pixels LI A can cause Mosaic Effect or Sawtooth Effect, which can be overcome by Fake LIA and Pixels Alternate Arithmetic we put forward.The control system is group with one main board and nine sub board, the hardware of latter are same, which can be distinguished by software in FPGA on them. The sub board receive the signals from main board to realize image division and amplifying. We designed the hardware and procedures according to the magnifying theories, whose experiment results are also given. The results indicate the first method fits the pattern less than 4 walls.FPGA is the key in the hardware debugging, because modifying the software in it can amend the hardware or change hardware function. We found the Gelei Code and resistance to power can improve the measuring waveform, the green background of the screen was also eliminated to two type video chips. We solved many problems caused by circuit technics, such as image overlap, no image on some screen domain, intermission flicker, etc. Now the image division and magnifying of the system is correct, no matter for static or dynamic image.
