Safety storage of grain is a task closely related to the national economy and the people's livelihood, so it is important to automatically measure the parameters of the grain in storage. According to the measuring results, which are processed, the state of grain condition can be predicted. This paper presents a multisensor intelligent measuring system based on CAN bus, which measures parameters of the grain in storage: temperature and moisture content of the grain in storage, temperatures and humidity of the outside air and inside air respectively. The methods of information processing in the system are also importantly discussed based on this system. This paper introduces soft measurement technology, the same and difference between soft measurement and virtual instrument, and how to predict the state of grain condition according to the measuring data with Fuzzy rules and Fuzzy reasoning. In the end, the paper discusses the methods of graphically showing data with software-MATLAB, and flow diagram and part programs of information processing are also presented. This gives the system some advantages: good reliability, high intelligence and assurance.Finally the paper presents that intellectualization and networked are the new development trend of the grain condition measuring system.
