The Design And Develop Of Material Processing Software For Grouting Construction

With the development of grouting monitoring technology in our country, material processing software for grouting construction is now widely used in grouting construction interior work, however, similar software in the market always has single function and various problems so as not to meet the demand of the construction.Based on a large amount of in-situ data and considering other similar software’s advantages and shortages, a new kind of material processing software for grouting construction is designed and developed in this paper according to the 《DL/T5148-2001technology specification of cement grouting used for hydraulic structures》 and other relevant specifications. The main program is developed with Delphi7.0while the database is with Microsoft Office Access2003. The main research work are as follows:1. Chart analysis required in grouting construction. In dam grouting engineering, construction methods can always be divided into curtain grouting, consolidation grouting, joint grouting and backfilling grouting for different purposes. And because the chart format of different grouting methods is not strictly marked in specifications, general grouting software always just exports charts about curtain grouting. Here in this paper, through analysis on a great volume of in-situ data, researches have been done about differences of the chart between four kinds of grouting technology, all the work above would lay a foundation for the design and development of the material processing software for grouting construction.2. Design and development of the software. First, a discussion about functions of Delphi7.0and Microsoft Office Access2003is made, and then the system requirement analysis, module design and database design of the software are expounded adding chart building function relevant with consolidation grouting. Also, functions like main interface building of the software and the chart building of curtain grouting are expressed in detail.3. Function testing and complete of the software. Input a large amount of in-situ data into the software and get the chart build. Check the chart according to the specifications to obtain the bug of the software. Finally, it has been tested that the software could meet the basic demand of material processing in grouting construction.
