Agent-based Distributed Multi-tier Structure And Application Of Technology

Distributed computing is a hot research field in computer science. And for its merits to suit distributed computing environment. Intelligent Agent becomes one of the most promising techniques in this domain. To solve some problems in current multi-tired architecture, this article mainly dissertates distributed multi-tired architecture based on Agent technology in enterprise information management system design. This paper first discusses Agent techniques and its application in current distributed multi-tired architecture, based on the analysis of the present situation and development of distributed multi-tired architecture. And then, according to the specialties of enterprise information management system, this article brings forward a research model at the unit of Agent, that is, Agent-based Distributed Multi-tired Architecture Model (ABDMA). In the following part, this article gives a scheme design for Nanjing Lukou International Airport's Information System (LKIMS) based on the research. At last, the paper introduces the application of the research in LKIMS, and gives evaluation to the system's performance.
