With the high speed development of Information and Computer Technology, Digital Signal Process technology has been a very key science more and more. And DSP, this kind of chip having a special architecture for FFT arithmatic, helps us to process some digital signals . The aim of this paper is to design a data acquisition PCB, which will be applied in rotating machinery condition monitoring, with a chip of DSP.Firstly, the paper introduces us the importance and the current research status of rotating machinery condition monitoring systems. In addition, some characteristics of vibration signal are told and some functions of the systems are talked about in detailsBecause of low cost ,simpleness and PnP, Universal Serial Bus has been widely used in PC and Embedded System field. So, the project choose it as the interface with PC. And in the second part of the paper , many aspects, such as development and configuration, of USB are introduced.The paper says that module method is a very efficient way to design the ciucuit including modules of analog signals, DSP, USB interface, programmable logic device, power and so on. When developing CPLD/FPGA, we utilize Verilog , one of most popular hardware describe language, and TOP-DOWN design method with the help of EDA tools, such as Verilog XL of Cadence corp. and XILINX's ISE4. 1.At the end of paper, some bugs are put forwards at present. Simultaneity. we show several ways to solve them in the future...
