The Unified Messaging System In The Intelligent Network Environment, Load Balancing Module In The Design And Realization

Unified Messaging is a new fast-emerging telecom service. It's widely noticed and concerned about in foreign country, and is also under developing in China by the force of its giant market. This article stated the result of the research and works done in the period when author was doing his CS Master graduating paper. The detail will be the UMRM module which the author took part into. The IN is a hierarchy concept for producing and providing telecom services. It's not a network by itself own, but an addendum on the existing switching network. It provides the technique for easy addition of new services and the environment for implementing, debugging, running and managing. This articles stated in detail of the history of IN and as a example, the system structure of TeIlin IN. To realize the UM, we introduced the basic concept and service types which should be provided by a UM system, explored two might-be-work schema, and stated the UM system structure under IN environment. When we talk about the performance, the availability is usually one of the most important aspects. We took the multi-server structure into use and researched the key technique, the Load Balance. This article includes the history of research of Load Balance, the commonly used algorithm and our schema, etc. We took the IN and UMS both into consideration, and design an optimized dynamic algorithm. At last, we introduced the detail of the UMRM module, which is in charge of resource management in UMS.
