There is fewer General Video Capturing and Recording System that sustain application and the program of controlling hardware's second development in China.The thesis analyzed the characteristic of Video Capturing and Recording System that be widely used now and put forward a scheme, the scheme sustains application and the program of controlling hardware's second development.
