Research And Production Applications Based On Cc-link

Fieldbus is an advanced control technology which is newly developed internationally at the first of 90's in the 21st century. As the basis of digital communication network in manufactories, it has set up the communication between field devices themselves and upper supervising computers. It is not only an open communication network but also a fully distributed control system.Fieldbus technology has been used widely abroad in textile mechanical factories but scarcely domestically. This paper mainly researches a drawing production line controlled by fieldbus, the automation level has been raised through unified planning and monitor for material flow and information flow in the workshop.The communication between master station and slave stations in the drawing production system based on CC-Link has been introduced detailly in this paper. Concrete contents include running mechanism analysis, the design of cotrolling system of drawing frame and conveyer belts controlled by frequency transformers, parameters set and monitor realized by HMI, the design of self-acting mechanism for cylinders exchange driven by valve terminal, real-time monitor and information management implemented by PC & HMI . The drawing procedure and the connection model between fieldbus and Ethernet have also been briefly discussed.
