Data security needs to ensure the authenticity, secrecy of data transfer,the integrity of data, identity authentication and the unreliability of transactions. Smart Card as a carrier of private information hJs characteristic of its convenience, flexibility and security .The introductions of Smart Card avoid transferring directly personal sensitive information which is not encrypted in common channels in the early days. Lu the switch net, user identity authentication and safe transfer of data transactions have been implemented .To meet people抯 need for Smart Cards in modem life and deal with the insecurity in applications available, the design thinking and specific implementations of cards management system have been researched and the structure of the system has been explained in detail , which includes modules of each level, subprogram and common programs .The controlling and being uncontrolled relations between elements are shown in different levels. The implementation of function requirement in specific design stage is explained in detail. Tables and explanations are used to explain the functions of a program, input and output, algorithms, logic flow, interface and data organization, storage and access. The functions not implemented are described specifically. The system provides an environment for security management of certificates by using Smart card. Under this environment, users are convenient to develop applications which require great security, such as financing, stocks and other systems which involve identification of identities.
