Tv Smart Card Security Online Trading Platform

In the light of the security requirements of service based on telephone network, this paper describes the design and implement of the secure transaction platform based on telephone network with smart card. Because of the characteristics for key storage, information confidentiality and convenience of smart card, we used it in our system to avoid some private messages as plain form transport on the public channels, to achieve identity authentication and secure transaction. This paper also discusses and provides the way of development based on this platform. The developer can build applications require high security easily, such as Networking Bank, Electronic Stork and other systems related user identification.
