Recognition And Its Application

The paper firstly elaborates some basic knowledge on image processing and presents a method of image segmentation on the base of color; secondly it probes into the method of image processing under Windows 9x and simply introduces the video capture card; Finally it puts the emphases on the discussion of the face capture system and the pattern recognition system of robot football match. in the former, the faces are recognized and framed on the base of the characteristics of the face, such as the black hairs, the red skin, the black eye, the redder lip~ etc, and in the latter, the robots and ball are recognized directly on the base of the color set beforehand of the color signs on the top of the robots and the ball and relations between color signs.
