With the popularization of computer network application, telecommunication development and computer technology, the CTI technology which is cross the domains of telecommunication and computer technology has come into being. And Call Center is one of the most important applications of CTI technology. Being a completely new serving method, the effect that Call Center had bring into modern business has been gradually realized by the enterprises and clients. The paper mainly presents the chief structure of the Call Center system, designs the database server and implements the Internet connection part. In the section of database designing, the problem of keeping the integrity and consistent of the data has been raised, and the paper puts forward the solution by using replication and distributed transaction management. Moreover, the software that is mainly designed for the operation of database and would be used by the telephonists has been implemented. In the Internet connection part, it focus on the configuration of the web server and e-mail server, and also discusses the way to implement the firewall by configure the proxy server.
