Abstract The project is a cooperative project of Zhengzhou University and kaifeng Automation Instrument and Meter Research I nst i tute. The system of concrete automatic burden is common in the process of architecture and wateræ¢'onservancy project construction .At present ,more units also are developing the system at home. The system used dispersion control system (DOS) that made for the insufficiency of traditional single balance control and computer concentrated control effectively .The system has run for over a year on the construction spot of Huangbizhuang reserior of Hebei wateræ¢'onservancy department . The results showed that the system ran stably and reliably. in the concrete burden system the self梐dapting distinguishing of the data of advance was an important problem it affected the concret抯 quality directly . The paper put forward a new project about the data of advance of dynamic track correction that is accidental error was got ridof int~meanddynamiccontrol accurancywas improved by using Grubbs criterion In the paper the whole system was not only introduced but also discussed emphatically the dynamic correction programme at the same time process control unit (industrial weighing meter) was introduced at last the computer artificial debugging and application was explained further We did the experiment by using computer artificial system results of the experiment showed that the new project抯 dynamic control accuracy was inside ?%, and root梞ean梥quare error was 0.6218 but the traditional project抯 root梞ean梥quare error was 1. 5861 the results were satisfying . therefore the research of the problem will have rather broad appl icat ion prospects.
