In the test of automatic weapons, the testing of motion parameters is a very important content. To facilitate the observation and analysis, we should to process the date of automatic machine motion law, compared the movement curves of obtained automata to automata law of motion, and analysis the impact of structural parameters of automatic machines on machine performance, and used to determine the firearms performance. The date of automatic machine motion law generally consists of three steps:1,Feature Extraction spot center. This paper we use the CMOS-based high-speed camera (MC1362) of automatic machine motion parameters testing and calibration system, test the motion law of X automatic assault rifles , the data obtained is a set of pictures with a light spot. The paper uses the average pixel Value Centre algorithm and Barycenter algorithm to analysis feature spot center, calculate the center spot by simulated spot , obtain that Barycenter algorithm is better than the a the average pixel Value Centre algorithm.2,Smooth of s ? tcurve. As the speed has too much distortion by spot center directly fitting , so we consider first smooth s ?tcurve, then draw its differential curve v ? t. In this paper, we use the"smooth"function in Matlab, and use different smoothing method smooth the tends of s ? tcurve, comparison by the results , finally select the average 5-point smoothing method smooth s ?tcurve.3,For the automatic machine with interference and noise signal, this paper we use several filtering methods: the ideal low-pass filter, Butterworth filter, exponential smoothing, trapezoidal filter, wavelet threshold filtering, wavelet packet filter signal noise. The article focused on and implemented the methods of noise attenuation.
