The development of flat panel display technologies have gone through for years, are completely integrated into every corner of the living world. Flat panel display technologies have advantages in showing any kind of information with planer images clearly and intuitively. But, flat panel display can not display the depth information of real world, so researchers have never stopped finding a reasonable way to display the three-dimensional(3D) world. Recent years, the stereoscopic display technologies represented by 3D TV or 3D movies is booming and lead more new display devices instead of tradition flat panel display devices. But stereoscopic display can not provide the motion parallex, and some people feel uncomfortable about wearing the glasses. In order to distinguish with stereoscopic display, scientists have proposed the conception of “real 3D display”.Real 3D display is a class of multi-view glass-free 3D display technologies, the viewers do not need to wear special glasses, can observe the 3D scene from various directions and see the corresponding stereoscopic image through their eyes, just like observing the real world. Comparing with other real 3D display, multi-projector 3D display has many advantage while there is no obvious drawback in 3D display effect, is considered to be the closest way to the ultimate goal of real 3D display.To produce a immersive 3D experience on multi-projector 3D display while avoiding the pseudoscopic problem, one of the key problem is how to acquire or generate source images set of projector aray. In this paper, the principle of multi-projector 3D display and light field reconstruction principle are combined, finding out the transform relationship between projector image and displayed spatial light field. A tetrahedral transform is proposed, experiment results show that our render algorithm solved the pseudoscopic problem. Common rendering algorithm can be modified to suit for multiprojector 3D display condition, just need to modify the projection transform part of existed render algorithm.This paper also extend the research based on the proposed tetrahedral transform. Aiming at the aliasing problems of multi-projector 3D display, a mixed multi frames 3D anti-aliasing algorithm is proposed, which can provide more smooth 3D image on existing multi-projector 3D display with limited spatial pixel resolution. This paper also proposed a projector content synthesis method based on depth enhance 3D video. Final is the conclusion of contributions and innovations, and point out there are some potential deserved to be improved in further research.
