Using Computer Aided NC Programming and Direct Numeral Control(DNC) technology, connected the CAD/CAM system of the software of CADCEUS that is the product of UNISYS(Japan) and machine center (such as ARROW75O which is the product of Cincinnati Milacron corporation , MCV-A11 which is the product of OKUMA corporation)fluent in order to meet the demand of reality of mould and die manufacturing. Then built the software linking of CADCEUS and ARROW75O Machine Center. In order to connect the machine center with the local network, developed a communicating system—MCC(Machine Center Communicator). The system integrates data transfering, format converting and machining emulation which compose the features of this system. The system runs well after much practice and experiment.
